Many of my clients struggle with meal planning & prepping so today I wanted to share with you my weekly dinner menu & grocery list (for two people). My dinner menu is very simple. It's basically meat/fish/poultry with veggies. They are not the master chef kind of dishes but everything below is nutritious, delicious, filling and easy to make.
