Pumpkin spice oatmeal
Fall and pumpkin season is officially upon us πππππ

I made this incredibly creamy and so delicious pumpkin spice steel cut oatmeal for this chilly and rainy morning.

β 1/2 cup soaked (overnight) steel cut oats or any leftover cooked oatmeal β 1/4 cup water or milk β 1/4 cup pumpkin purΓ©e β 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice β half ripe mashed banana β 1 tsp vanilla extract β 1 scoop of plain protein powder or 2 TBS of collagen
Mix all above ingredients in a small pot, cook on medium heat until creamy - about 5 minutes.
Serve with a handful of nuts and a sliced banana (the other half).
You can also make a bigger batch and store in the fridge for a couple of days. Reheat with a bit of water or milk.
