Teen Nutrition Coaching Summer Special

As the summer gets closer more and more parents turn to me for help getting their kids back on track with eating better and moving more.

I am dedicated to help youth and teens develop solid eating and exercise habits so that they can avoid all the frustrations in the future as adults.

Between June 1st and September 1st, 2018

I'm running a special for my teen clients:

3 x (60 minute) sessions* for $179 (+tax)

*You can use the sessions whichever way you like between

6/1 and 9/1/2018.

In case you are wondering how our sessions look like, here's an overview:

  • we cover your teen's daily dietary intake, exercise levels, school schedule, extracurriculars, sleep, medical history, and more;

  • we talk about individual goals and develop a nutritional and exercise based plan to help your child reach those goals, we track and assess them overtime;

  • common topics include: eating for a better sport performance, sleeping habits, dealing with stress and anxiety, adding more exercise, pre and post activity foods, how to make your breakfast/lunch/snacks/dinner healthier, how to shop smarter, and more;

  • some parents sit in on our consults, others don't so that's entirely up to you and your teen;

  • I've worked with both boys and girls, ages between 12 and 19;
