- 1 hr youth counseling consultation that can include, but is not limited to, a review and analysis of current dietary intake, activity levels, development of an individual nutritional strategy, goal setting, progress review and troubleshooting. - Continuing education on topics such as hydration, female hormone cycle, smart snacks, reading food labels, basic food prep, etc.
