This is the only pasta I have in my house, even my husband (who doesn't like anything green) loves it. It tastes like egg noodles I would have in my soup as a kid. There is no edamame or any weird flavors whatsoever. It tastes very plain and goes well with any sauce. Best of all, this is one of the highest protein and lowest carbohydrate content pastas on the market. One serving of this pasta with 1 cup of my homemade meat sauce packs about 45 g of protein.
