This bread is not going to blow your tastebuds away, however its nutritional profile is right on the money. It became a staple in my pantry, and my go-to bread that I eat a few times during the week for breakfast. 2 slices pack 8 g of complete protein (due to combination of different grains and legumes) which compares to 1 cup of yogurt, or 1 large egg. Combine it with 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and you will get about 24 g of protein.
It is not gluten free, however all the grains used have been sprouted which increases digestability, absorption of minerals, vitamin content (increased Vitamin C, B2, B5, B6) and a great source of fiber. This bread is also one of the least processed breads out there.
