My pantry staple - organic sprouted lentils

I love sprouted grains, beans and legumes because sprouting allows for better absorption of nutrients such as proteins, vitamins and minerals. I buy these lentils at Costco, very inexpensively. They are split so cooking time is only 6 minutes. They are a wonderful addition to soups, salads or as a side dish. One serving size packs about 10 g of protein, so adding lentils is a great way to increase your protein and fiber intake, as well as adding some unprocessed, low glycemin carbs.
