I'm ok with spending a lot of money on quality food, but I also love to get my things at a great price. Therefore I shop primarily in 4 places: Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Costco and Amazon to get my organic produce, meats, teas, coffees, supplements, etc. at best prices.
So here's a look at my shopping cart from the other day and some of the things I primarily buy at Costco due to their low prices for those specific products.
There is an advantage of buying in bulk if you have a large family, or like me, have a freezer in the basement.
